  • Field

    Job-level conversations with mentions

Discussion now attaches to the work order rather than to a separate channel. Naming somebody adds them to the thread and grants them read access to that job and nothing else, so a specialist can be pulled into one problem without being given the estate.

  • Field

Formal decline, with a reason and evidence

A technician can return a whole job or a single step, with a reason and a photograph. This materially improves data quality: without it the only options are a falsified closure or an unexplained overdue, and both corrupt completion reporting.

  • Field

    Connectivity state made explicit

The field application indicates offline status only while genuinely offline, and confirms that work is held safely on the device. Uploading is not something the technician has to think about or manage.

  • Console

    Capacity-based scheduling

Per-person lanes with committed hours, planned against durations calculated from your own completed work rather than from estimates. Deadline-based work remains first class rather than being forced onto a clock.

  • Console

Completed work reads back in full

Opening a completed job shows the checks and their answers, the metered readings, the photographic evidence and the attendance, in sequence. This is the view an auditor or an owner is shown.

  • Console

    Ageing on late work

Overdue work reports how overdue it is rather than carrying a single label, so a slip this morning and a job five months past its date are distinguishable in a resourcing conversation.

  • Notifications

Notifications name the asset and open the record

Every notification identifies the job and the building it concerns and opens directly onto it, choosing the console or the field application according to who is reading.

  • Platform

Password authentication and self-service reset across every client

Including both native applications, so a technician who has lost access to the only device they carry can recover it without contacting an administrator.

July 2026

  • Console

Evidence surfaced against the asset as well as the job

Photographs captured during a visit are now reachable from the equipment record, which is where a service history is actually read from.

  • Platform

Consistent answer handling across desk and field

Checks completed on any client are scored identically, so pass and fail rates are comparable regardless of where the work was recorded.

  • Console

A single definition of the working day

Counts, lists and greetings across the console now use one definition of today, so figures on the same screen agree with each other.
