Facility rounds
For contracted services, the round record is the product
Rounds are the most repeated work in any building and the least recorded. For an in-house team that means the only feedback is a complaint. For a service provider it means the thing the client is paying for is the thing you cannot evidence.
- Verified attendance per room
- Evidence for the client
- Twelve languages

What the record buys
What rounds produce once they are captured
Contractual evidence
For contracted cleaning and building services, the round record is what the client is buying and what a service review is decided on.
Coverage you can see
Which areas were reached today and which were not, by site, rather than an assumption based on hours booked.
Honest durations
How long a floor actually takes, which is what a bid should be priced from and rarely is.
Early fault detection
The person in every room every day is your most effective fault detector, if reporting takes seconds.
Execution
Scan, answer, move on
A round cannot slow the work down or it will not be completed honestly. Scan the tag on the door, answer a small number of checks with one action each, capture evidence where the contract requires it, and move on. The tag is what makes the record precise without requiring anybody to type an identifier.
- The scan establishes which room, so nothing is recorded against the wrong area
- Steps in the language the person reads
- Anything wrong becomes a deficiency with a photograph attached
- Completes with no connectivity and does not ask the person about it

Questions people ask
- Does this slow the operative down?
- It should not. A round is designed as one action per check with the room scanned at the start. If it takes materially longer than that, the round is too long rather than the software being slow.
- Can supervisors run quality audits on top of the rounds?
- Yes. A supervisor audit is its own procedure, and its findings link to the round being checked, which is what makes a quality score defensible to a client.
- Can clients see the round record directly?
- Yes, through scheduled reports or a shared link, without needing an account.
