AI for facilities
The documentation problem, solved in weeks
The reason facility rollouts take a year is rarely the software. It is that two hundred procedures exist only in the heads of long-serving technicians, and writing them down is the part nobody has time for.
- Draft, review, publish
- Answers cite the work behind them
- Nothing changes without a person
Where it earns its place
Four tasks worth delegating
Capturing a procedure
A supervisor describes a round and receives a draft with the evidence and reading steps in the right places. Correct it and publish. This is the difference between a quarter and a year.
Querying the operation
What is late at which sites, what came in overnight, which assets have failed twice this quarter. Asked in plain language, answered from your own record.
Surfacing findings
Patterns stated as sentences with the underlying jobs attached, so an analyst can verify rather than take it on trust.
Planning support
Suggested placement based on recorded durations and current committed capacity.
The control
A person publishes. Always.
Nothing generated reaches a technician until somebody reviews and publishes it. A generated statutory procedure with a step missing is worse than no procedure, and the person who knows which step is missing is your engineer, not a model. This is a governance position rather than a limitation we intend to remove.
- Generated procedures arrive as drafts and are edited before publication
- Answers cite the completed work they were derived from
- No autonomous changes to schedules, assignments or asset data
- Your operating data is not used to train models
Questions people ask
- Is our data used to train a model?
- No. Your operating record stays yours and is not used for training.
- What if a generated procedure is wrong?
- It is a draft until your engineer publishes it, and your team continues running the current version until then.
- Can the AI features be turned off?
- Yes. They are additive, and estates with restrictive policies run DFM without them.
