Turn runs into reports you can hand over

Every run your team finishes is saved for good. This guide shows where those runs live. Turn them into proof for auditors, owners, and clients.

Look up a finished run

Open Runs to see what your team has done: who ran what, where, on which equipment, how long it took, and where it stands. Filter the list and download it as a spreadsheet.

Open any run for the whole story:

  • Every step with its answer, its reading, and its photos.
  • Check-in and check-out times with GPS, plus a flag if the run started outside the building's geofence.
  • Whether someone confirmed who the worker was, and how.
  • The exact steps that were live when the run happened.
  • What happened in review: waiting for sign-off, approved by whom, or sent back and why.

Nothing in a finished run can be edited afterward. That is the point.

Download the proof

Managers can download the evidence pack from a run's page. The Runs list does a whole batch of runs at once. The pack is a PDF binder for the people who ask for proof: auditors, insurers, fire marshals.

For each run it lays out who did what, where, and when. It shows the readings, the photos, who confirmed the worker, any deficiencies opened, and the supervisor's sign-off. Everything in it was recorded at the moment the work happened.

See how the work is going

The Analytics page shows how the operation is really running. Pick a time range and pick a building. You get how much work gets finished and run counts over time. You see how long work takes for employees, contractors, and vendors. You get a leaderboard of your busiest people. You also see the steps where workers slow down or give up. That last one is a strong hint that a step needs rewording.

Managers get extra tabs:

  • Portfolio for the view across all buildings.
  • Adoption for who is really using StringBean.
  • Dashboards for boards you build yourself. Put the panels you care about on one board. Share the board with the people who need it.

Send reports to clients

If you run buildings for clients, the Reports page closes the loop. Owners and admins see it.

  • Completed Reports holds every report made so far, ready to download.
  • Report Builder sets what goes into a report, including panels from one of your dashboards.
  • Subscriptions emails reports on a schedule, per building, to whoever should get them: a client contact, a portfolio manager.

A client never has to ask what happened in their building this month. The answer arrives on its own. Every number in it comes from work your team really did.
